The recruitment and development of graduate talent is important to Coors. In 2005 Coors moved away from a formal, structured graduate programme in line with a general move to a more informal and empowered meritocracy for all.

Graduates are invited to apply direct to a substantive role within the company; there are often suitable vacancies available in sales, marketing, central functions and supply chain. We are also receptive to student placement applications and offer Engineering Apprenticeships at our Burton Brewery.
